Music is an important part of our worship service and we are blessed to be surrounded by many talented members and our staff – Patricio Molina, Music Director, and Joyce Aitken, Director of the Valley Ringers, a handbell choir.
The music program encompasses a variety of music from traditional to contemporary, enhanced by our Möeller pipe organ and by the recent addition of a Baby Grand Piano, generously donated by a few of our members. The Adult Choir sings at each Sunday morning worship service. Many adult and youth instrumentalists in the congregation also lend their impressive talents at special services.
Adult Choir
The Adult Choir sings during our Sunday morning worship service. Under the direction of Patricio Molina, the choir performs a variety of music from traditional to contemporary, including special music programs at various times of the year, such as Handel’s “Messiah”. During special services, the choir may be joined by professional vocalists and instrumentalists.
The choir practices every Wednesday evening at 8:00 pm upstairs in the choir room.
Bell Choir
Our bell choir, The Valley Ringers, performs during various worship services, under the direction of Joyce Aitken. The Valley Ringers have also performed in outside venues such as the Holiday Concert at Lambert Castle in New Jersey.
The bell choir practices after worship on Sundays and also holds a “Handbell University” during the summer. The bell choir is open to anyone ages eight and up – come join us!
